Introduction:
This kit utilizes a unique magnetic bead and buffer system for rapid and highly sensitive separation and purification of DNA from paraffin-embedded samples. The lysis system releases the DNA from its cross-linked state into the solution. The specially coated magnetic beads, in a specific buffer system, exhibit strong affinity for the target nucleic acid. The washing system removes impurities such as proteins and small molecules present in the solution, achieving rapid separation and purification of nucleic acids without the use of toxic reagents such as chloroform. The procedure is simple, requiring no centrifugation, making it ideal for automated instrument processing and enabling high-throughput extraction.
